Jeff White began his career with Holmberg Mechanical in 1991 as an apprentice and has worked his way through the trade, higher education, and leadership ranks to become the owner and CEO of the company where his career started more than three decades ago. He also proudly served in the U.S. Army Reserves.

As CEO of Holmberg Mechanical, Jeff is committed to building and maintaining critical, sustainable facilities, fostering lasting client relationships, and creating a rewarding organization that provides opportunities for future generations. His leadership is guided by a vision of excellence, innovation, and long-term stewardship.

Jeff earned a degree in Industrial Engineering, and his unique career path—from Apprentice, Journeyman, and Foreman to Engineer, Project Manager, and Executive—gives him a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of the mechanical construction industry. This breadth of experience enables him to build high-performing teams and successfully deliver complex, integrated mechanical construction projects while maintaining a strong focus on people, culture, and client success.
