Terri started her career in the construction industry over 30 years ago as a Project Administrator on a Boeing project. The projects she has worked on over her tenure include a sports stadium, many tenant improvements, and building envelope repairs under differing roles and responsibilities.

Terri has worked on many sides of the table in the construction industry for General Contractors, Subcontractors, Owner representatives, and Testing agents.

This cultivated a depth of understanding to bring varying groups together to achieve a common goal.
Terri is proving that this knowledge is a valuable component of our Holmberg Service Department. She has developed plans and processes to grow our Service Department while assisting all Holmberg clients with their needs well beyond the construction process.
